For electrical insulation of R-65 rail joints , R-65 insulation is installed. Joint insulation elements are made of a polyamide composite resistant to environmental influences and constant loads.

R-65 insulation is used for electrical insulation of joints between railway track sections and continuous welded tracks with R65 rails. The product has 4 holes and complies with GOST or TU standards. It is supplied as a complete set. This component is capable of withstanding heavy, repeated loads, as it is made of a frost-resistant polyamide composite.
